Everyone in the Far East has had at least hand Bidet sprays for years.
The German product is great: you can't tell it's a bidet bog at all. Way better than Japanese units which are not only massively expensive, but have naff designs.
It uses a max of about 1.4kW. I spurred it off a local 20A radial.
