Anyone in here in the Livingstone/Edinburgh area?

Thought i'd check in here first before posting in the main forum, need a new supply and a 32a 5 Pin socket on a warehouse wall for a compactor to go in there. Never seen the job so don't know anything more than that at the moment but they are wanting it done quick.

Hi ya Pennychew. I dont think there are any Mentors in that area and I would not advised any Trainee to undergo a new install of a 3ph socket unless supervised with adequate insurances, test equipment etc.

If any trainee is working for a firm in that area and can pass this job on to them, that is great. Other wise I believe you may have better luck posting this in the General section/Jobs unite mate.

I think Trev is the closest lol. Now that is a bit of a drive just for a socket.

If you would mate, if I can stall them til Monday I'll take damo up with me and do it then as we just swap days with each other anyway. Need to speak to the main guy in the morning

No probs, cheers for asking. I'll try and stall them til Monday and then tell them it needs to be ran on tray with trunking and conduit drops so I can have a day playing around like college!
