done a eicr in the hornblower pub for owner and have a few c1 and c2's need doing i was refused access to rectify faults by landlady, but the owner still want it done and i refuse to do it.
If someone could rectify faults i could issue eicr satisfactory.
please pm me and i could pass you on to owner.

landlady hasn' t paid rent for a few months and wants an excuse not too, found a copy of eicr that i left in pub for owner and went nuts on the fact of the c1's and c2's.She wants an independant to look at electrics but doesn't want to pay and owner wants work rectified and eicr done before she gets lawyers in to kick her out.
i have had enough of it all and want to wipe my hands of it, but owner has a number of properties i work on and constantly ringing me asking for an electrician to go to pub.
