app on ipad

I've seen this question before but no real answer
Anyone know why I can't get the electricians forum app on my iPad
I have it on my phone so why not the iPad
I can use it via the web site but an app is easier

There is an ipad app I think but it's out of date and there will be a new one soon(ish). There's a thread that the boss started this week to get a feel on what options members preferred.
