Hi all, Al Groves here - owner of Groves Technical Services and Lecturer in Electrical installation at Middlesbrough college. Yeah similar, got an email asking me to post.

My background, I previously trained in electronics and software engineering. Ended up running my own company and not doing electronics work daily. Now interested in renewable technologies, so started picking up my electrical qualifications and getting some work experience about a year ago, and probably around half way towards my NVQ and AM2
