Apprentice Charge Out rate

Hi Everyone

I have a very competent 3rd year apprentice - can any one advise me on a suitable charge out rate for him. Is there an industry standard percentage markup on their hourly rate? how does every one else charge out there apprentices?

Play that risky game if I was you and charge a qualified spark rate..... Just hope he's as good as you hope he his and earn a good wage off him. Fair play to you for taking him on.... Now start reaping the benefits!

whatever you pay him in wages, double that as a charge out rate.
