My stepson (Andrew) is still at school however he has worked with me for approximately 2 years during weekends and school holidays. He has a good grasp of rewires etc and I would employ him tomorrow however the majority of my work ( over 70%) is a contract working night shift with Edinburgh Council repairing street lights, doesn't enable me to take him on full time. Is there anyone in the area willing to take on a 17 year old as an apprentice who is willing to work, learn and go to college.
