ASHP pump compatibility with power Supply

I'm kind of following along, but are these forms specific to ASHP or larger loads in general?

Form A above in Post #9 is Heatpump specific.
Presumably forms B used by the O.P and also C are also H-P specific.

Ok, I take it there is an lower limit where you don't need to worry about them?

Would the same sort of thing apply to air conditioning compressors?

Edit - Save me asking lots of questions, is there any guidance readily available?
