New to this forum Hello All :) Following were listed in my EICR report.
Any help to identify are these really C2 or possible C3? Thanks for your time.

Can you print the report, redact personally identifiable information (including the report number at the top of each page - this includes the membership no.) using a marker pen, photograph it and upload it? Or digitally copy it and redact it?

Without more information it's hard to establish whether there is any basis for the observations and even with the report it may be difficult.

The item about the RCD being incorrectly wired for example... if it's a split load board then it's very hard to wire them incorrectly. If it's a main switch, it's hard to wire them incorrectly.

With regards to the main earth being undersized... there are a number of factors at work here... if it's say 6mm and there are no signs of thermal damage I would be inclined to code it as a C3. If RCDs are present, I'd definitely code it C3 as the RCDs should prevent any sizeable earth fault current being maintained for a significant period of time.

Whilst not quite the same, I would apply the same logic to the bonding, for the same reasons.

That being said, these are just comments off the top of my head and without the full report (and the experience of seeing the installation) it's hard to provide better feedback.

As SC says, more info please.
The undersize main earth & main bonding, what size do you have? What is the earthing arrangement?

Assuming you are in Nutley (I'm very very close) then typically the bonding to gas/water was undersized when built at 6mm2, and I'd generally give a C3 for that.

As mentioned, post more details, including the sheet of test results. And perhaps a photo of the consumer unit.

While the installation might turn out to benefit from a new consumer unit, the observations should be listing the issues, not mandating the solutions.
