Advice needed.

I need to run an extra spur socket for someone in their kitchen. I will take the feed of an existing socket above the worktop and run it through some trunking under the worktop.

Usually I screw the trunking to the surface using rawlplugs and screws, but on this occasion I have decided not to do this incase I drill through a cable which has a verticle drop.

Is there any strong adhesive I can use to make the trunking stick tightly?

I have attached a photo of the socket were I will take the feed. Ignore the plug, a diy man put that there to run an extention lead to the other room.

Any advice would be much appreciated.

Any of the grab adhesives - No More Nails or alternatives should work OK on plastic trunking - as long as you ensure surfaces are clean before you start.

For small jobs, you can get one with a built in handle that doesn't need a sealant gun to apply, which is handy for places you can't get great access to (though you obviously pay for the privilege)
