Just done the accounts for the month, took me 5 minutes. We done the grand total of zero jobs this month.

only 1 myself. Had a few more eager customers but got undercut by ridiculous figures, how anyone could match my yngli quote and install 12 Panosonic n-240's for £5700 is beyond me ;s

I dont think its only solar thats flat, lets not forget the football, Jubilee, and Olympics, now Para-olympics - people have been spending on socialising more this year - it doesn't take much for people to wobble and the kids have been off, August is always my worst month - once the kids are back business will pick up.

Dreadful weather as well. Good for washing the panels though. I only monitor my own system once a month so it will be interesting to see how it's done against the prediction.

Sorry to hear about you having no work this month, I can't imagine how depressing that must be. I honestly don't know how you stay motivated.

Those photos of flooding are something else. Going by how deep the water isaround that electrical marshaling cabinet I assume the residents had no power either just to add to their woes.

No further sales as yet ! If things dont pick up in the next 2 mths Solar is getting pushed to the side. I will move into a total different industry.

We're doing a 12kW now that's a delayed install from last month, and have managed to tag an immersun, and various bits of insulation type work onto it.

Looks like that'll be our lot for August, though we've been working on 3 potential bigger long term projects, so I'm hopeful things will pick up. We've had 7 domestic solar PV inquiries this month, but have found 3 of these impossible to contact.
