backboxes into paramount partitioning

Hi,
Has anyone come across paramount partitioning is just like a studwall with very strong egg carton in it. Any advice on how to install a backbox

Edit: yes i have had a very bad experience with this stuff at my mother-in- laws house too!

Use a cavity backbox and push the cardboard inner section out of the way.
Never had a problem using them.

Or do what they used to do back in the day, cut the hole, stick a load of plaster or cement in the wall and place the box into that.

Also great for getting your cable up partitioning with this sort of studding.

Beat me to it Gary yes those plaster board back boxes as I call them are ideal

I do same as Gary M. Dry line box and use cable rods to knock a hole through the card board lattice.

Stick them on the apprentice's sandwiches.
