Bad JB's - or is it just me being useless?

I also had the same issue, but i cant remember what make they were.

I informed my supplier and he has changed them now.
 
Got my sample of LINE connectors and tried them for first time this week with Wago connectors inside - can't imagine going back to old style JBs every again...
