Bad practice FCU to lighting circuit

What are your guys thoughts on this a 13amp FCU feeding of a ring feeding a light. I know usually people fuse at 3amp but if unlikely to cause overload does it actually have to be fused down?

I use a 2A or a 7A just to be different

Yeah 7A never used one, like I never have used a 25A mcb.

Somewhere I have some 7A fuses...

10A are slightly more common as you see some blocks with RFI filters rated at 10A

Have used 1A and 2A in plugs but really just "because" as not really needing anything less than 3A.
