ParttP isnt an issue as its scottish BUT Im tempted to go option B as even though partP isnt required in scotland the essence of part P would probably be used if it came to court ect although PIR doesnt require Part Ping anyways

Interesting. So is there no requirement at all for any registration in Scotland?
