Discuss Bags packed in the Electrician Courses : Electrical Quals area at ElectriciansForums.net

So I have finally managed to get my act together and enrol on the 1st year of the Level 3 Diploma in Electrical Installation.

For the past 3 years I have missed the enrolments dates etc but I've now taken the plunge as I want to gain full qualification, rather than the Part-P status that I was originally going to do with NIC-EIC in the next month or so.

With this in mind expect lots of questions in the future and I'm sure you'll all be kind to me in your ****-taking responses.

Hope to meet a few more of you on here going forward as I've been away for a while.

Apparently JIB will still accept the course as its a normal day release college course. First year is knowledge based an obviously on job training. Then years two and three will also be knowledge based, on job training and site visits by lecturer to sign-off practical assessments. Once completed its a qualified electrical installation qualification, ie a full apprenticeship but self-funded.
