Hi all

Today I had a major disaster connecting this ballast up in conjuction with the ignitor and still no joy any1 had problems with these or know how to connect properly I've added picture

It says on the ballast 1 and 3 are your 230v in or 1 and 4 if voltage is measured at 240....
No 2 is out to ignitor and then it says refer to ignitor for connection details.... how did you connect it.

Your ballast is universal for many different applications and lamps ... your Ignitor will have the correct wiring set-up for your lamp, if you show us the wiring plan on that then we can advise.

Basically the ignitor has 3 conductors permanent live from ballast, switch cable to lamp and a neutral seems so basic

Do you have an mci6 ignitor? Or a ZRM? Or?...

It just says vs power ignitor it's summet to do with ballast it's got to be because ignitor is straight forward
