Bathroom 2D on off.??

Hi i'm at a loss with a prob.??

I've fitted many Robus 16w 2D's as an electrician. But i've recentley done a rewire and fitted said light which was the last on the circuit. The circuit tested out fine, it's been 2 weeks now and the fitting now comes on for literaly a second or so then goes off, sometimes dosent come on.? I'v changed the lamp and changed the gubbings inside but it still only comes on for a second. The circuit and wirring are still fine. I checked for maybe volt drop but that was fine at 236v..

Any clues or advice to why this is.?

Another funny thing is i fitted one for my cusin a while ago and thats doing the same...?
Very funny coinsident after the hundreds i'v fitted.. lol

just a thought, did you buy it from screwfix as i have had a couple of problems with the same fault on the 2d and thats were i originally got them from, both faulty took back got refund then went to a proper wholesalers!.
