Bathroom Extractor Fan

Hi All

Hope you have had a good Xmas.

In my bathroom I would like to install a decent extractor fan on my ceiling ducting it out to the soffit board via the loft.
I can pick up power in the loft as I have a spare spur there already.

I do not want to control the fan from the light switch instead I would like a separate pull cord switch in the bathroom for the extractor so that I only use it when we use the shower.
Or a humidistat.

Can someone recommend me a decent sized and good quality unit to use?

This is a much better way to go if you are ducting out, rather than using a traditional extract fan which suffers heavily on air-flow once you add duct.

You can use a pull-cord or a PIR.
