1. Does every powered item in bathroom needs fused spur outside?
2. Can separate RCD be required even if the supplied power is under CU RCD (for example whirlpool bath or underfloor heating)?
Please check and comment rough wiring diagram (there is no details like L N G etc, just rough requirements idea)
I am getting quotes for electricians and what to make sure they are doing the right thing. From my past experience most of a cheaper trades persons would cut a lot of corners and it result in further fixing etc.

The simple answer to question 1 is no, not everything requires a fused spur, depending on the appliance other types of isolator may be necessary.
Normally a seperate isolator is not installed for lights or a shaver socket, they simply connect to the lighting circuit in the normal way.

We can't tell you how the electrician you use will do things as we all work differently and have our own way of doing things within the regulations.

The best way to avoid the cheap tradespeople cutting corners is to not use cheap tradespeople.

It may be worth you posting a request on here for an electrician.
there are quite a lot of us here!!

Does the underfloor heating requires separate rcd or cu rcd is enough?
