can someone confirm if i have read the regs correctly. if a light fitting is 0.6m away from a bath it is outside the zones so it could be a pendant fitting if you wanted one.

Is common sense in the regs? :lol:i missed the bit in the regs about being suitable for the enviroment, thanks for pointing it out it does make it a bit of a grey area. however i would always use ip rated fittings

by the sounds of your post it will be in zone one so should be at least IPx4 rated
