Make sure you have a modern phone. I have to use the other half's iphone as the brother app isn't supported on my old phone and she really doesn't like that arrangement.

"Another for the 550, the plus for me was the laptop app to send designed labels too the 550 to print, much better than trying to sort the various labels out on the small unit screen." Or a phone.
(I have one and also am a little bit in love with it).
