having finally completed my level 3 on the first week of dec, and now need to thinking about getting work/experience in the sparky trade so as to build up my portfolio and get my am2, as to good honest work on site (and feel the need to prove myself), i would be starting from scratch, i was wondering if i would be better off starting going down the route of electrician's mate/electrical improver, and building myself up in that order, as i am more than aware what it's like being the experienced/qualified person and having to "babysit" a new member of staff (in a diffrent trade) thanks for any suggestions.
