- where owner has 25 or more installations and takes over ownership of a previously high rated install (12, 13)

ah right, so the bit about the EPC D requirement not applying only counts for the multi installation rate.

That makes a bit more sense.

I'm not sure if I've missed something but on P6 at the top it shows less than 4kwp installations installed before 3rd March @ 45.4p from April. There doesn't seem to be any caveat referring to the possibility of a lower rate if the Supreme Court case goes ahead and the gov't wins - have they decided not to persue it??

I have just gained my DEA qualification so at least I can Do my own EPC's now !!!!
Or I may offer a service where I could do EPC & solar survey for other companies if required ?

DECC have said that the higher rate stands until such time as they win the SC appeal and then implement a revised set of tariffs via the 40 day Standard Conditions process.

No It was just an idea for now , But I would not do that.
