Bonding or hardwall to close up chases?

Hi All,

Just wondering what everyone is using to close up their chases?

I have been told different things by plasterers

Some say hardwall, as it dries within 2 hours
Some say bonding as it sticks better to old walls

What is everyone else using???

I agree, but they never seem to get the boxes level, so i have taken it upon myself to at least close up the part of the chase and fix the box so that i know its level

Properly fix your boxes level and your plasterer is unlikely to realign them mate

Apart from chucking a bit of plaster in, why would the plasterer be interfering with your box??

put more then one fixing in it then lol

Isn't that why there are so many fixing holes in the KO's
