Current job ground to a halt for a few days so i thought i'd share the tediousness with an equally boring
photo dairy lol.
luckily im still on full pay :-D

the project ;

3 gas fired cremation incinerators in a converted church - conveyor belt of death i call it lol.



old mains , piece of junk.


new mains , shiney and modern.


new 250A dno service , the bodged tempory earthing was on the house


induction motor fans , stacked , with air bafflers on top.


Rear chimney exhaust stacks , 800 deg C inside.


inside burner chamber , 1800 Deg C , even the coffin handles are vapourised at that temp lol.


Funky tray work all over the place , not completely intergrated with building systems yet.


Was considering energizing the empty tray runs with 12v DC and racing scalectrix cars around the building lol

Dont tell Eng54 ive used parallel cpcs instead of the swa , he'll only moan lol.


Temp position for control panel 1 , will be moved next to the 2 above.


Wiring schedule was pants but managed eventually.



Diy uni-strut racking for more control units.

Aye nice to see a bit of proper stuff,a mate of mine worked for parks and gardens and was offered a job at the crem,anyway he was looking through the inspection port into the cremulator as a coffin was being burned when suddenly the body sat up,he panicked thinking it was still alive pity nobody had told him that bodies do that during cremation.parts of the job totally freaked him and he didn't stay with it.
