hi guys & girls, i know this will have been covered before but i cant find the answer im looking for, i need a cordless sds for putting in some 10mm holes for signs to be bolted down, my company wont spend a fortune but they will pay the ÂŁ350. for a 36v bosh but its only a 1.3ah it does come with 2 batts though anybody have this model? and how do you find the life of the batts? im not looking to hammer 100's of 10mm holes all day everyday but i would need a dozen or so a day it would mainly be used for red plugs

whats the price difference? you never know when you will need to drilll 20mm holes through concrete ....

just checked and theres ÂŁ40 difference between the bare ones. i've used both and the 242 is worth ÂŁ40 more

I know what your saying but it's a struggle to get this amount of them and especially as its 2 drills for ÂŁ360 and I always have my corded for meaty jobs.

I got this about 6months ago. Not from screwfix it was just first link to come up. I got three batteries with it for ÂŁ570.

It is the BEST drill about IMO. I know this is a little more than your price range but you dont need the three functiin, just get the two function.

Batteries last really long. Have chased all electrics in three rooms before changing battery. Thats about 16 drops and more than that in backboxes. Quick charge too.

It will be a permanent part of my kit from now on.
