1st amendment already?
Must be rushing this through preparing for the 2nd and 3rd to enable the 19th edition in record time to cream more money from us sparkys.

Although the amendments are a pain surely it is better to change the regs frequently(ish) than work to outdated regs for the sake of it?

No problem with updates, but its high time they found a cheaper way for us sparks to continue - like inserts into the regs and short update course/test.

Or like the US do and just publish the updated regulations to be inserted into a binder, removing the old ones. Or if they have the book version they can just stick the printed out updated regs over the page in the book.

I believe Australia do something similar.

Could do like they did with the 17th edition 2nd amendment.
Still, 4 years is better than the 3 years for the 17th edition 1stamendment.
