I was told the same about 17th when I did my 16th. They be skint of ideas by end of next year, they probably release 18th which will be exactly the same as the 17th but Pink with red poker dots.

Yes, the date of it coming in to effect has been fixed for ages.

I think the new amendment is coming out around January all designs before June or July 2015 i believe can still be done to amendment no2
