The file has to be downloaded via "vitalsource bookshelf" and lasts for 14 days only.

As for file size i wouldn't have a clue but the download consists of BS 7671, OSG and all guidance notes so quite large.

you may be able to download it from bit torrent sites such as isohunt, the piratebay, bt junkie and others you will need client software such as utorrent or azureus google them. Also read the comments once you have found whatever you wish to download, the more people who seed (upload) the quicker the download will be depending on your internet connection speed. Failing that there is always fleabay
