building regs and code for sustainable homes

hi there
was wondering if anyone could recomend suitable types or manufacturers of lighting for a refurb in order to satisfy the above regulations, need to be for ceiling mounted lights, wall mounted and 1500mm twin luminaires? Is actually for a training course im currenty on

The code for sustainable homes does not specifically mention internal lighting only covers it as a general energy efficiency measure and refers back to the building regulations.
Compliance with part L of the building regulations requires compliance with the appropriate Building services compliance guide.

The regulations are different depending on whether the building is a residential dwelling or not. Because it is a refurbishment it is not a new build so again varying requirements apply.

As a basic approach you are looking for energy efficient lighting that is potentially controlled by light sensors and occupancy sensors, depending on circumstance.

I would recommend reading up on the requirements and how they apply to your specific situation.
