Well the passport agency have been in touch as promised wanting full details of what I complained about so another link was given to this thread. The only problem is that they say they can't tell me what the outcome is for confidentiality reasons.

Had mail off the Home Office, in a nutshell they said "Not my problem guv"
I've given them 48 hours to pass this to someone who can do something about it. Nowt done = the papers finding out about it.

You've got no chance of these guys getting stopped I'm afraid. Firstly it's doubtful they're actually supplying any documents, most likely they'll just take deposits and you won't hear anything further or if they're good they'll phish sufficient details from you to clean out your credit card or bank account. Even if they are supplying documents they're spam advertising via a cameroon IP addy and their website is hosted in Haiti which is one of the most corrupt and lawless nations on the planet.
