City and Guilds now have this book available, it is every bit as good as the old 2391 one, and has good examples of the written and online exams. £20, might be cheaper on Amazon.

does it cover the city and guilds online exam as well as the writing exam?

Would worry about the online exam mate, study for the written you will walk the online!!
