Just a general question, when using 3 core and earth. What colours do you use for common.

e.g. 2 way lighting switch. c=brown l1=black l2=grey

Brown - Line, Grey / Sheathed blue - Neutral, Black / Sheathed brown - switch line...

I always use the brown as the common

brown is usually my common. I always use Grey as neutral too with blue sleeve.

Grey (Sleeved Blue) = Neutral
Black = Interconnect
