When I used to do domestic always had a couple of lengths of mt2 lid coiled in the van. Tried a set of super rods the really ridged ones do come in handy for longer runs.

i did see one demo of a cable puller around a LOT of bends, but the company was based in the US, and i think the UK price was 60, did email them but cant find the email, so dont know naff all about them.. i know i did see the video on youtube. Not sure how ever facebook or looking at youtube and it came up

Recommend a set of the super rods, exchange my trusty 'plastic curtain track' rod, for a set a while back. Don't know why I was messing around before, worth their weight in gold. You can get a basic set for ÂŁ60.

I really rate the Armeg 10 x 1m rod set. They have done me for about 4 years now and none have shattered or splintered. It's a very basic set but really suits a lot of situations. The rods are slim enough to be flexible but stiff enough to get out 5m and still be able to flick them about to where you want them.
You should pay about ÂŁ25 for them.

Thanks for all the helpful suggestions I've seen the Super rod deluxe version for in SF for ÂŁ90.
LOL All singing and dancing with a light on the end of one.

Duane the conduit rat looks good, almost to the point of implausible LOL he's probably greased the conduit with fairy liquid :)

Maybe I should take a punt on those Armeg ones

You use your tongue!!
only when its dark and wet, dont want my tools rusting now
