Ok I wanted to finish the summary of the survey that I'm conducting but I do need help with getting more answer, I would appreciate if you could take a 5 minute survey on my Google survey telling me if I should include a way that if i were to design a this cable reel, would you prefer for me to design one that and hold the tip of the cables to prevent falling during dispensing or you prefer to untangle the cables while keeping or both. actually im looking into manual cranking, if crank to fast it will tangle easily, especially when products which doesn't have any sort of way to manage the tangling.

You've got the wrong idea.The cable drum isn't normally cranked the cable is pulled off the drum.

You never turn the drum on smaller cables, always pull the cable otherwise a disaster will occur!

I think it's more product development at this stage although I'm a bit confused about how his product will work with a ratchet and pawl system.
