Contact MeggerMark as he is a member here he just arranged cal of my clamp meter and a few others, excellent service and price.
Not sure about the irradiance meter, but, I'm sure he can sort it.

Hello yellowvanman ! :D

I have kewtech gear and although I havent had my meter's done yet for my day to day stuff I have had it calibrated many times I just send it off to kewtech and it cots me £60 each time... when i brought the DC gear (pv gear) directly from kewtech they said send it to them once a year and it costs £60 I know this is only 1 company but I guess it would be a simular setup with other companys.

hope this helps

The clamp meter is a pretty straight forward calibration, shouldn't cost more than around £25. The SI meter is a bit trickier but there are a few companies out there that offer the service. As mentioned above, Test-Meter offer it as a service for about £50. We can provide the same service at the same price but it's the same calibration house so makes no difference really. I'd say that the best bet is to talk to Lasse or one of the other guys @ Test-Meter for the SI meters.
