used to love goin camping(real camping none of that toilet buisness we shat in a hole) back in the day when i was a scout, dont think it would be as fun if i went on my own or with 1 0r 2 tho.

Anyone coming to Dorset in the next few months should steer well clear of Weymouth, the place is gridlocked most of the time due to roadworks and the new 'intelligent' traffic management scheme.
The problem appears to be that due to local government cut backs the county council could only afford to fund either the 'intelligent' traffic lights or to employ an intelligent engineer to design scheme, unfortunately we got the former.
Basically the numpties at county hall have decided to replace all roundabouts with traffic lights and to prevent left turns into side streets requiring traffic light controlled right turns only ... truely bonkers!
One street in particular is about 300m long and is the main access to the bus and railway stations, this stretch has been taking longer than 45 minutes to get from end to the other. Tourists, welcome to Weymouth in the baking sun.
