My friend rewiring his house, he ask me to do the initial verification & sign the certificate for him, but I haven't join/register to any body, only got C&G2391 and 2382 certificate, whehter I can sign it for him or I can only sign the periodic inspection & testing certificate? Please give me some advice.
 
You can sign the test part of the multiple signature form, and your mate can sign as the designer and installer . This may be acceptable by BC if a notification fee has been paid.
