Just got a phone call about a freezer in a shed 16 miles from me that's not working. Rcd in shed trips with test button but no power to sockets .explained to customer i can attend tomorrow and can you run an extension lead to shed just to keep freezer going. "Would really like it sorted asap" was the reply .when I say customer I mean random customer .what would you charge for a Sunday.,not quite a call out as I'm not attending at this hour .thanks
From photos shed is on separate mcb which I've told her to switch off and completely roll out extension lead but it's only powering a freezer

A freezer that is left closed should be good for 24 hours without power so not that big an issue

Some customers expectations have no bounds and don't think things through or look at what day or what time it is and then will be the first to moan when they get hit with the invoice and don't want to pay what is asked for

Not sure what your definition of a call out is but mine is any call on a weekday between 5pm to 8am and from 5pm on Friday to 8am on Monday is a callout and is charged as such

Some customers don't want to make the effort to help themselves even if they have the extension lead. I generally find that customers like these are best avoided as the call out bill probably won't get paid
