Busbar connected to both live and neutral

That is just the plastic cover which is pushed in front of the neutral, my issue was the lack of earth connection between the two boards even though they had metal glands between them, my tester was not happy on loop tests until I put in a connection from one to the other.

I don't fit MK but don't those stacking boards come with a 10.0 to link the earth bars.

Top CU has the bussbar connected to both outputs of the RCD

If you look closely you can see the neutral on the left side of rcd they have just left the bus bar cover longer than needed
