card meter

i,ve just been asked to disconnect a card meter. does anyone where i stand on this, does,nt the card meter belong to the DNO?

landlords usually like to have them fitted. is it the tennant who's asking? if it is, he'll need to sort it with his supplier. not sure if they charge, but he might need to pass a credit check and have a bank account to facilitate direct debit.

If it's the primary meter, yes it's the DNO.

If it's a secondary card meter, it belongs to the Landlord.
