This is the trouble far to many people agree but nobody wants to do anything about it. It's a crime.Go on Pete! hahaha

Notifiable work (in England, slightly different in Wales, totally different rest of UK), extends to new circuits, CU replacements and work in a special location.
So that's what you can't do, unless you line the pockets of your LBC with lots of cash
Well he can do whatever he pleases but some works require notification.
Yep of course he can, but then he will not be complying, if he does some of the above without first informing his LBC, usually for a small fee.
