Caymax panels

I have just been given a quote of £11400 for a 4 kw system by 1 to 1 solar. Can any one tell me if these panels are any good or not.
Also if any one in interested in giving me a quote, I am in Leicester facing west with a high elevation and no shading. The roof is 8.5m by 3.6m.
