Ceiling light/fan remote control

I could do with some help please....

One of my customers has, in their "tall" conservatory, a light fitting/fan. All was well until the remote stopped working. The remote has the name "encon" on it but as yet I've not been able to locate a replacement.

light fittings come and go and maybe you need to suggest a replacement to your customer.
