Its incomplete and poorly written. A quick glance at the results actually logged, don't look overly suspicious. But this said, if who ever issued it can't be bothered to complete it begs the question of the validity of the tests and results anyway

Edit: a closer look reveals some errors, now I'm suspicious.

Edit: ooh dear my bad, I've zoomed in and it appears who ever issued this hasn't a clue.

What a shocker of a cert! Id be worried if the contractor was in that much of a rush to do cerr how much has he actually tested.? Why has efli been lim on some circuits.? Is this noted why in the limitation front cover.?
 
Looks like a split load (16th edition) board with a couple of RCBOs thrown in for the lighting circuits.
Not sure why there is n/a for presence of RCD protection for circuits of a location containing a bath or shower?
Is there a bath or shower room?
