Hi all
I normally work in domestic premise so any notifiable work is logged online with my provider under part-p.
but if I as to work in a commercial premises say a hairdressers or shop I would I just use the model form in regs book.
and give the person requesting the work, or dos this also need registering else where.

Is I my pc or dos the forum not like been posted o eem to miss leters out lol

Just use the model forms, no need to inform anyone else. one copy kept by you for at least three years, the other copy to the customer.
