When i was a lad, playing tennis i fell over and scraped my knee ... dressed it up with cotton wool and the likes myself, even applied a plaster - so basically what im saying is im a qualified paramedic.

That's total bull. Doesn't count to apply a plaster to be a paramedic unless you staple the plaster over the injury.
