Changing a Halogen kitchen Unit lamp!!!!

Okay i have the attached halogen fitting above the sink in my house - 3 off.

One has blown - how do I change it? I can't remove the glass and it doesn't seem like I can change it from above? Any ideas?

do you have to twist the fitting for
the whole front to drop out?

get a small flat head screwdriver to prize open the bit that holds the glass from the fitting using the four little holes you can see then just slide the bulb out from the 2 pins.

s_d is absolutely right, prize the front off gently with a small flat head screwdriver.

But keep a cloth handy close underneath as the glass may drop!!
