Changing MEM light switch

Does when I do it. I have this thing that when all switch rockers in a house are up, there are no lamps lit.
With a simple 2w switch, that means lamp is off if both rockers are up, off when both are down, and on when one is up and the other down.

what do you do with push/touch dimmers? align the fingerprints?

Next thing you'll be suggesting that screw heads don't have to all line up perfectly.

Don't go there. I generally don't stress about trivial stuff, but the thought of these switches has been driving me mad all afternoon. Easy enough fix but I'll probably do nothing and, after today, wont think about them for another 3 years.
